As you will know by now, smoothies are my life force. I’ve actually even started craving these for breakfast instead of my usual eggs. They are just so packed full for goodness that I guess my body loves that boost to start the day off!
I will always pack my first smoothie of the day full of green veges so that I know I’m getting heaps of greens into my diet but then if I feel like an afternoon smoothie I’m more flexible with this one.
Today, it’s the Golden Smoothie.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1-2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Go Superfood Camucamu powder
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
- Sprinkle of black pepper (if your turmeric powder doesn’t already include it)
Blend everything together and you’re done!
